When booking you will receive a confirmation and we ask a deposit of 50% or creditcardnumbers. In case of cancellattion less than 7 days before check-in we are forced to retain the deposit as a cancellation fee or charge 50 % of the total amount.

In case of no show or cancellation on the arrival date we charge 100 % for the first night. Special deals for Tomorrowland, Dodentocht or Full house are always non-refundable.
